General Policy
United Experiencers Initiative, Inc. ("UEI," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit most portions of our website without providing any personally identifiable information. We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.

When you join our community, sign up for updates, donate, volunteer, or contact us, we may collect:

What We Don't Do

Volunteers and Team Members
UEI volunteers and team members may have access to your contact information to reach out about events, programs, or community activities. All team members are expected to maintain confidentiality and use this information only for official UEI purposes.
Payment Processors
When you make a donation, your payment is processed through third-party services such as PayPal, Stripe, or similar platforms. These processors handle your financial information according to their own privacy policies. UEI does not store your credit card number or full banking details.
Social Media and Advertising
UEI may participate in Facebook Custom Audience and similar programs to reach current supporters and potential community members. To do this, we may share a secure, encrypted version (cryptographic hash) of your email address with these platforms. If your email does not match an account on that platform, no identification occurs. Facebook deletes this data if there is no match. You can opt out through your social media privacy settings.
Email Communications
If you sign up for our mailing list, we may track whether emails are opened and which links are clicked to help us improve our communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies
Our website may use basic cookies for site functionality and analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use cookies for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly.
Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored securely through Google Workspace and related services. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, so please use caution when sharing sensitive information online.
